Each ending has an amount of work that goes into it. Instead of taking 8-10 months hiatus to create and release all endings at once, they've chosen to release them one at a time as they're developed. By segmenting it, they're able to deliver timely material for people to play. I wouldn't say it's drip feeding. They seem to be consistent with delivering material as advertised. I'm not sure what you mean by money cow... In the US, they're either making about minimum wage, or lower, from what I can tell (I'm using the $1500 mentioned earlier... Patreon takes a portion of that, I'm estimating about 12%, or $180. That leaves $1320/two teams = $660/team. A part time job is about 80 hours a month. US federal minimum wage is $7.25, but each state has the capability to raise it. Thirty states actually have rates higher than the federal minimum, while 14 of those 30 are $10 or higher. The $660/80 hours = $8.25/hour. That also doesn't include any self employment taxes they may have to declare as supplemental income for both federal and state... So NO, I don't see this is as a cash cow venture... which may have something to do with bringing the story to an end. (Monetary rewards not equaling the time, effort, hassle, and lack of appreciation).
