If you use the ren'py modifier (idk its actual name, but it's like an application you download and put into a ren'py game's main folder to use) menu, you can essentially nullify the power bar by putting in power=100 (I do this for every game with a power/energy meter, except Curvy Cougars' Street, as it doesn't have a bar, but rather just a sex counter)

She seems to be bugged to where she can only be accessed one day. Not really sure if it's a bug or by design, but I'm assuming it's a bug since it keeps showing the popup that appears whenever you've already had sex with someone at a specific time
