I will try to run a clean game, deleting the persistent file and all saves, to see if the game is still broken in English or if it is the saves that are corrupted.Yeah...another "quality" Release....

It's both....
They are Kate on Patreon, SubscribeStar, and Itch.io.
They are Diana (Fresh Story) on Steam, and Oppaiman.
Besides the main character's name and name of the game being switched around, the game is identical on all platforms to gameplay. I assume to the game being rejected the first time on Steam and they had to change the name of character and game name.

I only got as far as January, no idea if it goes further but that's already nearly a year complaining about the same thing.
2 things came to mind.
Also....
It's one thing to have an issue with a game, it's another entirely to have the same constant issue for nearly a year and still banging your head against the wall.

Thank you!That sounds so dumb, but I guess just having a name as a name might be against steam tos. They are wierdly harsh with those. Not to mention the 30% cut.

Well, I know if (and been told) if a game gets rejected on Steam, the only way to submit it again is to change the name and resubmit it. Now I do not know for fact that is the case here or not. There are as well a few similar named "Kate" games on Steam and could've had something to do with it, wouldn't be the first time Steam has asked a developer to change the name of their game to get it accepted.
Honestly not looking good for that kind of content, dude.

The developer needs a better story otherwise it'll ruin the whole game because the new update losing its original root doesn't sense anything between s1 and s2
