Lol, that's exactly what I also found real cringe and funny at the same time, that and the MC's stupid facial expressions in some situations. As funny and exaggerated as it may sound, it does explain why most MCs in this type of games are so retarded and spineless, insecure bitches tho, since all the stupidity is apparently necessary for 'the plot'.

Agreed, and it's why I said their supporters are generous enough to look past the many mistakes they made and keep making, from the slow release schedule to the disappointing updates, story and character development. Add to that the questionable decision to start releasing 4k visuals and another game before finishing this one, and you'll only get a big ass list of minuses that are enough to make most fans reconsider supporting them, but for some weird reason, they managed to attract more supporters and make more money than most non NTR porn game developers in the business. that special about this game, but like you said, tastes and preferences and maybe good PR too, like a certain infamous dev of a certain overhyped harem incest porn game only he and his team can claim it's 'completed' after at least 3y of 'hard work' did.
After seeing this thread it looks like I will not be buying Season 2 on Steam or any other game from these devs.
To be honest, you'd be doing yourself a favor if you did that, but do consider giving the game a second chance, play it and decide for yourself if it really is worth buying this and the next season(s) too or not, cuz most of our opinions are subjective, and as you know, different ppl like different stuff. Best advice I can give you.
