It might be damned near difficult but not impossible to have Carl giving his approval to marry Risa. Perhaps her mother will do so after she sees how serious the protagonist's willing to pursue her romantically. I don't think he'd be too pleased about being called Dad though.

im a little bit of the opposite opinion when it comes to forcing you to hangout with characters you dislike. I actually don't like it when going off a path means they are basically not in a story anymore and you never spend time with them. For me personally I prefer it when going off a path just means no romance but they still show up from time to time as friends , acquaintances or plot points.
If they're a main plot point, then you kinda have to have them but in that case the MC needs a motivation beyond love/lust otherwise the story kinda breaks - if you're running off to do something purely as a favor for a character you hate or have no interest in or "yeah, I told her she could come live with us, even though I've only met her a few times and deeply dislike her." If interaction with a character is mandatory for the story, it has to be well written enough that your feelings about that character are irrelevant.
Then why are you here? This game isn't for you (albeit for dumb reasons), fine, whatever. Leave.
True tho my mindset when I made that replay was more or less a LI that is a friend / childhoood friend that you just dislike for example. In a case like that I don't think they need to have a story reason to keep hanging out with them as it would feel odd or weird to me if that happened when not on their path. Unless there is a no friend path for example over something they did. A character like that I see as no path should just mean no romance but not less of them even if there is no plot reasons for them being around.
I have a problem with your bad taste. Ashe is S tier. Only Viola and maybe Britt are in the same tier.
I only agree with Ashe but for me Risa and Nicki are also in the S tier. Viola id put in the A tier because of her last update Britt for me is either B or C tier I need to see more of her. I like what I have seen so far when it comes to Britt but until she gets her update it's hard for me to put her any higher cause to me she is mostly looks and super nice with a terrible mother and that's it and looks rarely matter to me in AVN's. I just honestly have a hard time ranking Britt if im being honest despite liking her alot.

The last update Viola was in when you took Mason Shopping I thought all the Viola scenes were amazing and made me really like her character alot and made her go up in ranking as to me it showed how great of a character she is. Before I was a little unsure about her other than wanting to help her. Tho I may be a little bias because these 2 screenshots I loved
For me that is Gabby and Mason just because im not interested in their romance paths even tho I do like Mason for Example. tho Gabby I don't like really.
