One version will say friends indeed instead friends in need. The Indeed version even if you add the patch cant do any of the dark stuff. Only good path and maybe lets the MC do some of the asshole choices as well.
Friends in Need is basically the same version as the other expect you need to apply the patch to enable the dark stuff.

Damm, i almost download the game and was lookking forward to play it, luckily i decided to find out why it didnt have the harem tag
So instead i will give you my feedback, i dont think many people play these kinds of games looking for "realism". Its your game and you do you, but i am not interested in having to replay the same game multiple times to see the scenes with the different girls, so i will have to pass on your game
