1. Agree he even has a scar on/around his eye (the most villainous placement)
2. Unless there is some god tier blackmail/other way of being forced he is still working for the "main villain" (despite the fact that he could easily pick him up and break his neck) there is obviously more to it but at the end of the day I think it would be a real stretch to say "he has an issue that Guy can fix (his sister/mom/adult daughter is need of sex, or he the big boi just needs money)
3. I mean he takes of the daughter the same way the guy who "changed" nicki was taking care of her? He forces her to do certain things, go certain places, eat certain things etc, even beyond his stuff with Risa he is very much an old money (thinks Guy is basically on the same level as the poors), IMO the only way he is not a "villian" is if you think he should "own" his daughter like he does his fetishized statues
4. I wouldnt even say he is a "jerk" just a regular ole drug addict? Honestly the least "bad person" listed even if you assume he has stolen more than the amount shown/talked about
5. He has (with as far as we know) 100 certainty (every GF we know about) has taken unwanted/non consensual pictures/videos, that is not immaturity it is much closer to a pattern (not even getting into him being a "good ole country boy")
racist with gabby (again despite her repeatedly asking to stop) he is
LITERALLY a single step away from being just as bad as the main antagonist
6. I think him being dumb outshines him being "mean" but both are true. He is "bad" for stealing a car, and dumb for stealing a car from his place of work, that belonged to his coworker, to go fight a criminal and save a girl who does not want, need, nor even know if he is still around
Im personally in the camp of "there probably wont be pantomime heros or villains in this story", even the comically evil (in comparison) antagonist is given some justification and Guy has only met him for 5 minutes (he was not as bad before the indicent that gave him the scar according to risa)
