especially without asking for an underwear model, If you do a good job from start to finish,
you'll see Ash looking on in confusion later in the scene as Viola hugs the MC in gratitude.

Sadly, right after this scene, it immediately transitions to Ashe being raped in the car. When someone who had just shown kindness to others suddenly turns and cruelly rape only her without reason, what must have been going through Ashe's mind at that moment?

Even though it's just a fictional game, this scene was not at all hornied and was painful to watch the entire time.

The psychology of the characters is very well done, making it easy to empathize with them.

Well yes, it's a painful scene. And really well scripted. For me, that whole Ashe arc, from when you go to her house to pick her up, to dinner, is the peak of the game so far. Then, after dinner, meh, there are moments here and there. If you just rape her, it's a scene without emotion. If you apologize, it's emotionally interesting, because obviously she tells you to go fuck yourself. A good scene. And if you drug her, and rape her while she's asleep, it's also interesting because the next day you have a completely broken and submissive Ashe.

Now, whether it's hot or not is very subjective. There are people who are turned on by that kind of suffering of others.

And well, beyond whether or not being a real son of a bitch turns you on, I recommend playing that arc in Dark Path at least once. It's really worth it as a dramatic story. And yes, I agree that Ashe's psychology (and Guy's too) in that arc is very well thought out. Which is funny, because up until that point, Ashe was a very flat and uninteresting character for me.

yeah that's the only dark path I will play assault her in the Alley but drug her and don't sleep with her yet to try this without drugging her. The next day in the morning It kind of feels like a redemption arc or almost like Ashe feels bad for guy / second thoughts for second like he is lonely. At least that's how it seems to me im probably way off the mark since hard to imagine how she would feel bad for a guy that raped her in the past.

One suggestion I have, since you have a plan for these minisodes would maybe put them on the main menu instead of during the story. I think you could move Bren'ts minisode to main menu and just have the minisodes have its own little section to click and play them.
You can still have some inbetween episodes that are improtant, but others like brent and possible others, it feels awkward fo me to just pop up in the middle of the story asking if I want to see it. To me it just feels awkward and and breaks the flow of story to me(plus sometimes I don't care about some, like brent). Just a suggestion.

Also a question, when you do your slight rework, are you gonna add that energy system to ashe's date, that you mentioned before and considered, or did that idea get scrapped? Just curious, I am fine either way.

I'm not a fan of "Do you want to see this or that scene" nor trigger warnings of any kind during the flow of the story, it breaks the 4 wall and kills inmersion.

I disagree, do you find gallery, or settings/options on the main menu intrusive, if not, why the double standard.
To me it breaks my immersion, I personally don't care about what went on with brent and there may be other minisodes I don't care for.
I am not a fan of black screen, do you want to see this for me just always clicking no instesd of jumping to next scene, like I would like, just ruins the flow imo. Putting it on the main menu would be the same as a gallery, or pictures that other games have, that way people can view it or not.

Well, yeah, that path is interesting too. You can even get into a pretty kinky roleplay type relationship with her. A love-hate kind of thing, too. And if you're nice to her, you can get into a kinky relationship with Ashe too. She's a really good character.

However, we were talking about the dramatic dimension of Ashe's arc. And you're only going to get that by being an asshole. And beware, by blackmailing her you can also get some of that drama if you turn more of a bastard later on. But if you want a really dramatic path, you have to rape her. And, from there, you have several options to see her reaction.

Are you sure that's a chap 9 scene (and not from chap 10 demo if you played it) ? I don't see the scene in the gallery.
