Some of this content is not avoidable but it so very doesn't qualify as NTR.

I think the actual genre parameters are as the same time very defined and very interpreted subjectively by each person.
In general, very roughly, NTR is being cucked and possibly humiliated and NTS is share partner with consense.
Which is Netorare, Netore, Netorase, Whatever, i have no idea.
Yet i've seen people complaining about unlabeled NTR content because MC met a former lover from like 10 years before the game and they started a new relationship, and in the 10 (TEEEEN!) years in which the MC and the LI where no contact, she had at least another relationship. TEN FUCKING YEARS OF NO CONTACT.
So, it's very subjective i guess.

Hey, hey folks! Hope your week's off to a great start.
I fell a little short of my goal of having 210 renders for Chapter 1, and currently have 187 complete. That number can always shift a little during the process of plugging them into the script, with certain images getting tossed because I realize they're not needed. But, that's where the raw number stands at the moment.
I'm still having a lot of fun with this whole process of redoing Chapter 1, and I really think the whole game will ultimately benefit from it. Gone is the awkward exposition dump that basically catapulted us into the meat of the story. Now we really get to spend some time with our hard-luck hero, before his life changed forever. Not too much, mind you.. But, enough that it helps us to appreciate how much his life changes in an instant.
So, big thanks to everyone for indulging me while I tidy things up. Hopefully, you'll all find it well worth it.
Besides the Chapter 1 remake, I don't have too much to talk about, today. But, this weekend you can look forward to a long-delayed surprise, just in time for Valentine's Day.

Started playing this game recently and it's pretty good, am doing a nice guy run because i'm not into rape/molesting stuff and the game can be pretty wholesome, i also don't understand the Nicki hate, she's probably my favorite so far and Britanny is hot af.

Right now, I'm just focused on redoing Chapter 1, and trying to keep its reverberations through the rest of the plot minimal. I'm adding a platonic route, so that'll need to be referenced in Chapter 3, when Nicki returns. That'll mostly just mean adding dialogue and some extra renders. Then there's the naked hot tub scene, which I should probably add a clothed version to, which would be a couple hours of work just loading renders and adding clothes to both characters.

There's really not that much stuff I think needs to be fixed. And most of it is contained in the first three chapters, and is just limited to wonky art. The city background in this Ashe sequence needs to be lowered in some spots, and the lighting for the bookstore scene is just super busted. My posing was also a little suspect, in those first three chapters. After that, I think I hit my stride, and the art looks pretty consistent.



There's some stuff I'd like to add that I never had time for originally -- Ashe was meant to have a couple extra scenes in Chapter 7, and Risa was meant to have more sexual positions in Chapter 9, for example. And there's the occasional goof, like wine bottles reappearing and disappearing in Chapter 7, which would take me a day or so to fix.

There's also little bits of plot which I need to change, because my plans shifted a bit from the beginning of the story. This just means a few lines of dialogue being re-written, here and there. But, like I said -- right now I'm just worried about Chapter 1.

It is! The very beginning of the new Chapter 1 opens with Guy watching tech-bro Kobalt's livestream, dumping all his money into it, and then waking up horrified to discover what he's done. Then we get a little fade from past to present, which I've already teased on the blogs.

He's 30-something iirc? It's not so much he looks old now (i'd say his appearance is pretty normal for his age) as he seems very young in the earlier/rework part. Like in early-mid 20s, tops.

Yeah, that's what i meant, maybe the 5 years will be changed to more.

I'm very loosey-goosey with Guy's age. But, my basic framework tends to be: moved to the big city at 19-20 after failing out of college, invested in crypto/lost his money at 25-26, spent ten years in retail purgatory so he's 35-36 at the beginning of the game, and by the time we find him in Chapter 2 he's 36-37.

I tend to think of him as having aged prematurely due to stress and a terrible diet.


Worth noting is that Young Guy's model has all the same facial geometry as Present Guy, just with a younger-looking skin.

A little older than I would of liked, wished timelines was moved back a little to have him a bit younger. Hopefully you don't mention his age in game, cause that would ruin it a bit and the game too.

I guess I am just going to go my headcanon, cause I prefer him more earlier 30s, like 31-33 range, cause that is bit too old for my liking, just want him a bit younger personally.
