- last 3 * updates * if can call them that ? ok last 3 or so updates were so meh / ew / and at most teasing around the characters that 80 or 90 % of people want to see been developed ... and well we can go on that line for hours

- developer think he is original or something for adding a bunch of side chars and on this one game is already too much , before developing the original ones or main ones... i call that a tease ....

- came back a moment ago to see what was up with this game then played around the last updates puuf, so bad at least for me

- oh now he is *remakin it* puuff oh lord ... cast a vote and see who people want to see on the game more ... oh and the sis has no even spawned yet after so much time.. wao .. (edit : sis spawned at the end and then developer mades the remake , so he is more awful and T)

deleting and unwatching this T - Developer

You should make it a lot clearer why you started this rework and indicate better which download gives the fullest experience.

And you should be a lot more wary with going back to work on previous chapters, as in the average user experience, it is the death knell for 99% of games.
Why would I start a new game now, when I expect all saves will be broken 4 more times?

Point is, your writing and game is great, if you absolutely must slow down development by going back to previous chapters, work smarter, not harder.

The game might look much better, the hate comes from the fact that lots of games which revert to remaking instead of progressing with more/new content lose players and then die because of a lack of intresest from the players who played from the begining.

We're still not fully back to where the old version ended, right? Or did the new version go in a different direction? I played the old version but wanted to wait for the rework to be fully caught up before diving back in.

i think its fine to consider a remake when a game in finished. mainstream games do it all the time. sometimes they are good, and sometimes...not so good. either way, the original is still there and finished. i think people just get annoyed when devs use remakes as a stalling tactic to keep milking subscribers while not actually releasing anything new or exiting.

He released numerous new updates while doing the rework. So, what are you on about?

My only gripe was how long it took after it was first announced. 5...maybe 6 new updates since then instead of just getting it done and over with instead.

Just my 2 pence, maybe just not same country or even not same town… I can say that French from France or Belgium are not same and even from north town and south town or from west to east in France are not same either, so ...
Anyway, nothing to do with the game :p

The remake rework is in preparation of a Steam release, which most of the times brings in more funds than the retards 'it will lose', that had more than 2 years to get ready for said remake. I've complained multiple times about cast creep and pacing delaying the plot moving forward, but this decision is not a reason to fear abandonment, quite the opposite, might be the best way to guarantee the game's development.

Seeing so many old accounts that should know better what a successful Steam release does for a game's popularity in our genre is omega cringe. What can you do, clearly their blood isn't going where it should while playing these games...
