Ashe's mom (Bonnie) is a sweet lady so you might assume a romance route, but considering her limited focus (true for both these moms), her situation, and the impression that she loves both her husband & daughter, I'm betting that it'll be on Ashe's friend route and will be a one-off thing that even surprises Bonnie that it ever happened and makes her feel really guilty afterwards.
