Found out a couple of things while playing for 15 minutes.... 1. You need to use a zip program that downloads this in japanese locale so use something like bandizip. 2. This is not a full english translation like it says but an edited MTL albeit a very well edited one, in fact probably the best edited mtl I've seen in a long while.

You need to use Bandizip's smart mode. you can set up what local you want Bandizip (smart) to unpack as and if you do that you don't need to change your system locale in fact you shouldn't.

Btw, I just tried it. The English translation is a little odd, but it is already miles better than MTL.

Shoku's games neve cease to amaze me with their brutality but look like this new game really archive the new level compare to the old one, specially after watch the trailer on dlsite it convince me this one would be so brutal it even make people that like hardcore stuff like me to shudder

That's not possible from my experience because the reason you need to have a program like bandizip is because the game was not localized for players outside of japan. Unless there is a version of this game that was localized for the US Market then you wouldn't need this program.
