There are various fix on the topic, one being a script that free the memory in the game, and the other one being changing Ren'Py version. I personally use the latter and it works perfectly.

Gallery Unlocker​

Game Version: v0.40 [It works without any problems in v0.40.1 version.]
Mod Version: v0.40a
Tested: v0.40.1

I get bored when the gallery is locked. I looked, no gallery unlocker. I thought why not make a simple one.

This mod is currently working perfectly on my end.
Please let me know if the game gets an update.

Gallery Unlocker
Game version: 0.41

A toggle has been added to the gallery page to temporarily unlock all replays or re-lock those that have not yet been viewed during a playthrough. Thus, the unlocker's action is reversible.
Unlocking and viewing all replays is also available directly from the main menu, so loading a save is not required.

To install: Drop the script into the game folder inside the game's main directory.
To uninstall: Just delete the script file and its .rpyc file from that same folder.
