I believe so. You can choose which clients you take and I didn't take that one. As far as I know, it's not created any problems.
Minor continuity error: When MC is eating out Abby, he is not wearing jeans but they are back on again when he stands up.

Damn, tried to change the relationship between the two blondes from student/teacher to mother/daughter (which the game pretty heavily implies) with the console, but it doesn't show up in the variables list.
Hopefully someone with better Ren'Py knowledge can patch this if the characters continue to appear.
