I am assuming that you have an older computer, gpu, or integrated graphics?
This trick allows a DirectX 11+ game - to run on DirectX 10 or 9 hardware.

1 - First see if you have dxcpl.exe ?
Hit the Windows Key + R to get the run box - then type dxcpl - most likely you don't have it?

2 - If not- just download it below - and click on the dxcpl.exe to run the program.

It's not a side-scroller, it's an adventure game, you can tell from the obtuse puzzles, backtracking and items that need to be combined and used in ways you'd have to be psychic or the dev to figure out

Both my account and me personally predate that abomination to the Fallout franchise and have no real connection to said franchise plus I'm not trying to crowd source funds off my name. The same can't be said for this game.

So, first of all, you should update your graphics card drivers. Here is a walkthru to do it. Don't download "driver talent", just use method 1 to update your drivers.

The other issue is generally an issue with the first time running a game. The easiest solution - restart your computer. If that doesn't work, then update your graphics card drivers (shown above), restart your computer, delete the game files you currently have, re-download the game, try opening again.

Tried that, pc says I have most current version.

Looks like you need to update your nvidia drivers. Hit this website up:

Hopefully you know what graphics card you have - just input the proper options into those fields and hit search, then download and install the result. Try to avoid nvidia experience if you can, it's a pita.

Honestly, these are two of the things I want least in a porn game.

As for the game, it's bad. I walked all over, found 4 items that I couldn't do anything with. It looks like I'm supposed to find a key but maybe it doesn't even exist in the game yet. No porn, not fun, don't waste your time.

You CAN complete the game. Just follow the walkthrough here in this discussion.

To find the first key you need to get the Toxic Barrel in the main area (by the garage next to the car) then head way west to the toxic sludge area and drop the barrel there to move to the rock with the key.

To progress even further west you need to put down a wooden plank to avoid the sludge.
