Doesn't matter how you dress it up, if you show people having sex in your story, it's porn. Softcore, hardcore, either way is still porn.
Ummmm I'd disagree - in Haley's Story, Single Again, Some parts of Being a DIK and the whole of Acting lessons, were romantic, heartwarming, funny, and sometimes even rage-inducing - but it had taste, porn on the other hand, absolutely devoid of it - but the line between genuine sex and porn can be quite blurry at times, it all depends on the treatment really.
Based on your definition of porn, every movie, TV show, commercial, or other media that show people "having sex" is porn.
It is possible for a thing to be adult in nature without it being pornographic.

Does this game have very little sexual content like Making Memories? Relationships and story are more important, but in the end, a lot of sexual content should be added
Curious if will see Ava, Xiomara or others from Making Memories? I mean of course his mother. Was kind of interested in seeing turn of events.

When I say shown having sex, I mean you see everything. Softcore tends to not actually do it, but it's still called porn. I was actually on the set of a softcore shoot a long time ago. There were plenty of scenes, but no actual sex, and the cast and crew called their movie a porno all day long. Every sex scene the lead actress had, she was wearing black electrial tape over her nipples, and wore pants, so she was never fully nude. If you think that by my definition what you see on broadcast TV and big budget movies is porn, I'd call you a prude. They can imply it, entice you to think of it, but they can't actually show it. Making Memories took it's sweet time getting there, but it was all just set dressing to lead up to a few very explicit sex scenes. It was epic, and had a great pay off. It was still porn. If this game follows the same formula by having great build ups, and then an explicit sexual finale: there it is again... porn!
If you mean Single Again from Clever Name Games, that's the only one I've played from your list here. The one where the MC has a chronically whiny inner monologue, constantly questioning the sexual relationship he's building with his former step-daughters, trying to talk himself out of feeling that way about his adopted daughter while inevitably heading in that direction, and wondering if he should actually father a child for the lesbian couple they are all friends with. Oh, no, that game is not porn at all. If that's the one you're talking about, I can agree that it can be rage inducing, but I love it. Still, it has lots of very explicit sex scenes that would take a heaping dose of copium to call it anything but porn. I am not saying any of this is a bad thing, just call it what it is. When explicit sex scenes are shown, it is porn. A great story to that leads to that scene just makes it even better.
Nobody is doubting your definition here. For you, sex is pornographic.
Sex is something super subjective, it's a coping mechanism for some, and some outright hate it - and for some it's a way to get to know someone better, and to some, just something you do and get over with.

Eh. You could argue that this is an adult game rather than a straight up porn game but if it's going to have explicit sexual scenes where penetration and such is shown, that's porn.

I am not speaking an opinion, but a technical fact. Any artistic depiction of the act of sex is pornography, but it is opinions that defined that technicality, so Kvitravn is right:
As opinions change, the technical definition will change. As I see the world around me become more Puritanical in their opinions, the technical definition will become more strict. Do you really think I would be here loving these games as I do if I agreed with those opinions?

as long as we still see ava the change of mc don't bother me (just hope we will still see the character of the first one since with MM we are attached to their background and story ^^)
