3 Scenes + 3 small scenes, all for GF x Neighbour
Just bring GF to Neighbours house at night for all 3 normal scenes, the last one requiers them to have a kid though
After GF and Neighbour had sex you can find GF doing stuff at daytime when she's roaming around on her own
There are 3 small scenes at the same place, just enter and exit any building to reroll what scene it is
1 Kissing, 1 oral and 1 anal scene are there, I hope you like it and as allways

I imagine you are plaining to see the last scenes, so i uploaded a save with the start of the new Futa NPC route (with the new scenes), you need to OVERWRITE your first save in order to work.
To see all content of the New futa NPC (Miss Florence)
- Talk to her (close to her house bellow Ellie house)
- At date night take Ellie to the Dinner table (First Scene, from the 0.29 version)
- At date night take Ellie to Florence House (First Scene, from the 0.30 version)
- After that you will see Scenes at day close to Florence House (3 scenes alternating)
- At date night take Ellie to Florence House (Again)
- (Repeat the date night utill Ellie is pregnant and give birth)
- Talk to Lilie (front of Florence house)
- At date night take Ellie to Florence House (Again)

it works if you do a random save on the first slot and then overwrite it with the file

The last time I played (like year ago or so) there was no "vanilla"/monogamy route: if you ask your mom to be present during her sex with your girlfriend – this opens the NTS route, which means the girlfriend does not hide from you sex with monster girls/MILFs and so on (and tells you what is happened). Otherwise, the girl will lie about what happens during her time with the characters without you (but the MC will still be peeping on her, so he know about it). But I only played NTR route a little bit because I like NTS more, so I don't know how NTR will work further.

The developer probably decided to abandon NTR route.

He didn't abandon it. He said he was going to complete the game with the NTS route first, then go back and add the NTR route after. He's working on one route at a time.
