At the moment, no it is not possible. Focus is on NTS/sharing route at the moment with you fully aware of it, since the author wants to focus on only one route at a time. The author has mentioned though that after they are "done" with the NTS route, they'll start on other routes - which will most likely be the NTR route. From what I remember on the Discord chat, it was going to involve - at least in part - whether or not you treated the GF right (there's some sort of good boy / bad boy parameters in the MC status) and possibly if you allowed the GF to service the mom at least once before stopping. It is still up on the air otherwise though.

i mean in the older versions of the game poeple were able to add their own content via text only crystal so if people knew how they could add scenes if they download rpg maker/editor, koitsu and had the character cards

Have to admit that while it will definitely end up ntr, it sits in an odd spot. The mc agrees to let the futa mom use his girlfriend because she has an actual need due to the trope of futas having insanely high, unstoppable sex drives. And the girlfriend is literally the only straight female in the entire area. So while I guess it would count as neorase, he doesn't enjoy lending his girlfriend out. He does it to be a loving son to a mother that has an actual biological problem. Though you just know the girlfriend will mind break for the futa cock, the mother will betray the son, etc etc all because he was looking out for his mother's health.
Not sure why another futa wouldn't work but they claim it won't. So I guess the human race is good and dead with 99.9% of the population futa that can't slake their lust on other futa.
