Maybe this was a case of me seeing and reading what I wanted to read vs what was actually written but when I read the synopsis I wasnt expecting MC to be the bitch bottom. I thought finally an above average quality game(no music, and AI writing sure but even so) where a masculine male MC would be surrounded by these type of characters without having to submit to them while still being "curious" with many options for how to engage with them.

I agree, I've found the same to be true as well. If anything, the ONLY time I've found any futa getting fucked is by another ridiculously endowed futa (trans girls don't count), and if there are actually men anywhere in the game, they typically are the ones getting their women stolen by said futas, or themselves getting dommed and topped by those futas.

Interesting premise, it's something I haven't seen much of if at all, but you should be a little more clearer explaining what's going on. Don't be afraid to give your audience/players more context, especially in the scene where Dr. Kelly offers the MC a choice (given his situation at home). Maybe explain that to us? I had no idea what that situation was referring to, or what the 3 choices (especially the bottom 2 choices) meant.
Another suggestion... maybe use the correct 'medical terminology' and call these women futas in the dialogue instead of shemales? Not only is shemale considered by some to be a slur nowadays, but it is the wrong term being used here, [shemales] refer to trans women, not dickgirls or in this case women born with a penis and testicles.
