Hmmm... I've spent a lot of time doing syntactical and rhetorical analysis for personal and professional reasons, to the point where I can tell a famous author's writing from reading a few sentences if I've read their books before... you get used to the syntactical and rhetorical styles of different AI once you've read them often enough, to the point where it's pretty easy to tell once you're reading AI slop... and I'm sorry if anyone enjoys reading it, but that's precisely what it is: soulless, driveling slop.
I always prefer someone to write in concise and simple language that gets what they want to say across, than attempt to engage in flowery bombast--or worse yet, outsource the bombast to a machine. It disrespects your actual skill level, prevents you as a writer from improving, and worst of all disrespects the reader.
That's just my opinion, though.

From what I've seen so far, it's looking really good! I think the scenes and backgrounds are very well done. I'm a big fan of this genre, and I love the direction you're taking with it. I get that the animation is still pretty limited, but that's totally understandable for an early version. Just keep pushing forward and developing it based on your own vision—of course, taking audience feedback into account, but without letting it completely steer the project.
Personally, I was just curious if you’re planning to include any “ntr” or “cheating” elements? I'd really like to see that Ebony as a futa character who gets involved with the "landlady" MC.

While there won't be any 'ntr' or 'cheating' elements, there will indeed be plenty of group sex scenes. The characters, including the futa Ebony and the landlady, MC, will be involved in various sexual activities.
The direction these scenes take will depend on the choices the player makes. So, whether they're giving or receiving, the landlady, Ebony or MC could both be part of the action.
Is this only a futa on male game or is there male on futa? Is futa on male avoidable or are there forced scenes?

I don't know gang there is not much content right now as it is the initial release. But I guess there will be some male on futa, since MC got close to a futa which is surprisingly smaller than others and secondly, MC also got a huge pack. These 2 things made me think this way lmao I have no way to know for sure of course.
Anyway, it's a nice start. I hope the dev won't abandon this, I really want to see more. Good luck man FatsoCat ♥

But a small advice, create a Subcribestar account ASAP. Patreon has a habit of removing developers with futa content. Wouldn't want you to loose your supporters because of them.
