You can make it look really good. Properly designing the characters, getting the lighting right by using stuff like Reshade. I don't know why the creators of HS2-based content don't take advantage of the potential.

The reason Exhentai exists is because normies started reporting and trying to delete all forms of extreme fetishes, as such, all porn that could be considered "extreme" were disabled from e-hentai and put into the secure Exhentai, where normies and puritans won't look.
