it's a bug aparently, futaisekai already posted the patch on patreon and it's already leaked on kemono, but nobody posted it here.

Shame, can't download it from Kemono either. Hopefully someone will upload it here.

I was pretty sure that I've already uploaded the most recent build, but just to make sure, I've reuploaded the newest I could find.

Downloaded the new version. After replacing the potion in the dialogue with Xena, nothing appears in the inventory, where should I go next if Elasha’s door is always closed? Maybe it's a matter of using old save files?

Upd: Also from the start there is another problem but with Ruby.
