How exactly are you supposed to level in this game? I do the initial dungeon bit then I'm living in the inn and all I can do is talk to people, peek into rooms, and play blackjack.

I figured it out eventually, my issue was that the game gave no direction so I played shitty blackjack for the first 10 days until I finally got the executioner events to trigger and after that there was the get a weapon sex scenes and finally the unlocking of levels.
