from the mushroom house (where you fight the little fox girl) go straight to o the left, you may enter in a cave with a purple mist and a big dick girl statue.
Interact with the entrance in the middle of the zone and you will find the new boss

Just checked it. Seems to still be working.

It still works, the only change made was msrect in sharedassets0 was changed from 87 to 89. Still done the same way.
