Can I just say how fucking unbelievably stupid is the fact that the fox girl's sword has a collision hitbox outside of attacks? If she turns around to face me I take damage before she even starts winding up for an actual attack. What kind of fucking dumbass designs combat that way? Even better WHY? Do they hate fun?
The incredibly floaty controls really don't help either, and honestly seeing the default keybinding says a lot about the dev's knowledge on gameplay.

Great game, great art
It's not an easy game and a controller is pretty much required, plan to die a few times to learn how to deal with boss patterns.
I'm using am xbox control an it works good. Character is a pinch on the sluggish side so there's often a tight window to react I turned on always dash in the contrl settings and that helped.
Also, game is uncensored...

If you tweak around the settings it's very to play like,
Key config to always dash,
Rearrange the buttons to your preference,
Arrange the inventory wrt yourself for convenient switch,
And that's it,
plus the i-frames on roll is already a cheat, just dodge by rolling
I genuinely not get how people thinks it's hard, I hardly needed potions at all.

Ive just assumed people are coming for a coomer 1 click win button game and then being upset when they arent that.
Mofu makes actual games and theyre generally good games too.

95% of updates are fixes, translations, but the last couple months have been interesting lmao but currently the fightable bosses/scenes are- Little sister fox, big sister fox, catgirl, gnu girl, rabbit girl, skunk girl, mushroom monstergirl, then a handfull of extra scenes on top of that. I think the main addition in that time is the skunk girl as there were some major changes mofu had to make for reasons.
Hey do you know of some other such good quality games? Platformer/ side-scroller with "good" graphics (Not the age old pixelated ones)
Will be grateful if you can recommend some.

Zetria and Alien Quest, I especially recommend Alien Quest as it's Metroid through and through. Rewards skill and exploration but it's definitely a few steps apart from the fox girls of futakin valley lol.

None that are sidescroller, but Kamidori alchemy meister and evenicle are both male protag and are fairly decent
