It sounds like you are in the transformation quest. In the 3.x version it doesn't matter what you wear as long as you are wearing Chanel's panties/dress. Follow Mariana's instructions or you will be punished (Punishment will continue until morale has improved.)
In 4.x you may be stuck until the quest is finished and she converts you to a female. The clothing shop opens to you in the mall when Bonnie needs you to seduce the guard, but this quest doesn't trigger until your transformation is complete.They already released v0.4.1 free, which fixed a serious bug of being stuck in the middle of Mariana's side quest. Please update.

Use the quest menu on the side. First you have to meet with Angels and she will gives you a hint where can you find a password.

You do know the difference , right.
Futa ( Futanari , aka Hermaphrodites ), have Dicks & Vagina's.
Shemales, have Dicks & Balls, but no Vagina's.
So, the title is a bit misleading . . . as "Shemaleland" would be more accurate, since there are NO Futa's here .

Secondly, both "Futanari" and "Shemale" are exactly the same thing. Both are hermaphrodites, it's just specifically culture unless you want to get into extreme specifics in which case futanari is any japanese female with male features, not just including a penis but other qualities as well.
The only reason "shemale" was ever used to refer to "feminine appearing male" where in they have a dick but no vagina is because the term dickgirl and trap are now used to refer to more hyper feminine variations of the same thing.
Honestly it's the same as every 'sissy' html game using just female stock porn and cutting the image off at the waist or using some generic, obviously recycled gif.

Because that was most peoples wish. In the first version, you changed your body from the first quest. Then most players complained about it. It is too quick and doesn't feel real if every NPC just accept the changes and so on. So I made a slow transformation story for the body change.
I agree it needs slow transformation however mariana is still not really needed, or can a person not become feminine enough to transition without someone else who has no say in the matter forcefully involving themselves. You gave us the DOM&SUB skill so let the MC have the choice bye giving him an alternative route.

I think this bug has been in there since whatever the earliest version of this I played was. When the vagina is supposed to change to the next image set it deletes the line of code that is supposed to display it leaving only the four images.
I had another bug with this version where I had to go into the console and change the report to Mariana value because the value was listed as nan/5 and would never have completed. It only did that for the very first stage the rest worked correctly.
