The game is just over 90MB zipped. That... that is both extremely worrisome and also... disappointing. Even if it is a good game (haven't played it yet) with that size it means there is likely scraping the bottom of the barrel for content quantity. Your probably better off just decrypting the game files and extracting the images.

Got an edited save file here, with more than enough items that you'll need. This file has progressed a bit into the dungeons, cleared the beta branch of the "Lewd Insect Den"

Edit: Actually made a savefile with everything (I think) in the game alongside with tons of money and progressed one more stage in the insect den

Basically all the enemies are tentacles. There is a slime enemy that can change into a slime girl but that's about it.

Idk man, DOOM was just over 2MB, and had plenty in the way of content. They likely just compress the art, and uncompress when they load in-game, which is the standard way to do things. So you're looking at the size of a compressed game that likely already compresses most of the stuff which can be kept compressed. *that and let's face it, it probably doesn't have days worth of gameplay, with unique art every minute of it.*
