Actually biologically, they are mutally exclusive. Because scrotum and labia are from the same organ. Futanaris develop their clit + surrounding glands into penis. But if they also develop the labia to become scrotum and close up the vagina, then you won't have open vagina.

Testicles are also mutally exclusive with eggs. So, futanaris with testicles = no eggs to give birth. So non-gay have no interest in them.

That's just bs. Futanari are fictional. There is nothing that has to biologically apply to them.

They are absolutely not fictional. It's like saying beautiful women in games are fictional. Yea they are fictional in game but they also exist in real life. I have a medical case study paper about true hermaphrodism.
