Once you unlock the shop in the dungeon, you can remove cards for gold. I didn't see the shop until I got to the 4th dungeon.

i think im soft locked. I keep getting told "one down one to go. I should get rid of that last demon the book was talking about" but i cant click on any locations and im stuck in the location select screen
...Sorry, what now? I think you may need to revise that question a bit, because as it is it just doesn't make any sense.

There is futa on futa but only when you defeat enemies and the protag is usaully the one penetrating and not being penetrated. Although I'm not fully sure if they're still working on this game.

I have a question about patreon content, if you buy the steam version of the game do you get any of the patreon content or do you also need to be subbed on patreon?
How's the dev on this going? Steam launch said Episode 2 launch end of 2024, currently March and it still seems to be getting worked on?

(Disclaimer: I played a build way older than the current one, and my playthrough was like a year ago. I'm posting this after the game sat in the back of my mind and occasionally reminded me of the parts of it that bothered me so much. Just for context.)
Not for me. I'm not sure why so many devs want to tell serious stories about having actual depression in their sex games, but it's definitely not something I'm interested in. Like, I've lived that, I have friends who have lived that, I don't need porn protagonist with a forearm-sized shlong and the world's hottest step mom going through it on top of that, thanks.
Another personal preference thing, but I have less than zero interest in the fantasy elements - neither the lore, nor the various demon charcters you fight and fuck, interest me at all. And i gave it a good try, I wanted to like it. Fantasy nonsense that's an excuse for sex shenanigans is my jam - but it takes itself too seriously and I just do not care at all. This "sex game" is like 30% ongoing depressive funk, 50% lore and serious business isekai shit, and maybe 20% actual sexytimes.
I was here for the human characters, and I got basically no payoff for my troubles, also. (Seriously, though, not-actually-step-mom and the neighbour were all that was getting me through this after it became clear what the game was actually going to be about, and it didn't even go anywhere! (Yet! But I won't be sticking around, so obviously that's no good to me.))
Genuinely, this game seemed right up my street just from the front page here. I think that's why I got as annoyed with it as I did, because it would have been exactly my jam if it was steered in a different direction. I'm leaving this comment instead of a review with a score because this is transparently just not something that was developed with me in mind. My problems with it aren't 'this was done badly', but 'this was not done for me', and there's nothing useful for the devs to pull from that, imo.
