There's no point. It wasn't written for an incest patch to work. Milly's surname is Scarlet and Amelia, Sophie & Ollie's surname is Futabu, the dialogue explicitly mentions and talks about Milly being taken in by Amelia
As Rexermus said, Milly being adopted by the Futabus is part of the plot. There's no easy replace stepsister with sister string in a editor. To make an incest patch you need to do some serious rewrite.
I also agree with Rexermus. There's no point in doing it since the game literally says Milly is an orphan. And it seems the dev will go deeper into it in the future so an incest patch will eventually make even less sense.
My headcanon is that Milly's just one of many futa kids left around by her mom(daddy?) but she was particularly unlucky to lose them. Otherwise the game would have Milly start fucking and knocking up women at 12 years old with a futa parental figure lol
Westernes are very ambitious with their projects. This game alone has 2 (3?) routes with branching dialog, most doujin eroge are more simpler than that.
I disagree, in my opinion Scarlet is one of the fastest working compared to the other futanari games on the list that take half a year or more to release 1 update

compared to most eroge devs in my country its slow thats aside scarlet is faster then most western devs but ive seen some that are faster but there games are less in depth
If you don't know, the dev made 3 updates of the futa path, now he will do 3 of the normal one e after that 3 of the futa...
Hell, the futa futa path is the most interesting to me right now due to the MC being more submissive. I like all three though and really excited to see it all play out.
