late reply, but u have to go the nagisa route (blue haired girl), you will get a branching option to have sex with nagisa in front of aihara or mind control her more (make her eventually fall in love with u) You chose the first option.

After the deed is done, you will get the option to make aihara only be attracted to ugly woman and to let himself pig out and fuck off. Or you can chose to fuck with him and make him dress as a girl and get breast implants.

Any chance you have some more info then this on how to get the route. I only get the option to make him attracted to ugly woman. I have done the Yuna Route, the nagisa route, and the harem ending all trying to figure out how to get to shouko route and feel like I hit a brick wall. I have no idea what I am missing.

One thing I've always wondered is why don't translators start with the gallery scenes first? At least then those of us who are only interested in the gallery scenes (quite a lot of us if going by the all the full save comments in every thread) can be happy. Just a thought.

Yeah, I used to be like that, but after years of dissapointment in a game's context/story, and having to skip stuff I'm not into (as someone who likes ugly bastards but hate virgins, I have to skip a lot, lol), these days my mind defaults to creating my own context.

Months late and it's been years since I played this, but for anyone looking: You have to do the Yuna route up to the point where Akira is thrown for a loop (I forget exactly where, but it's fairly late in), then switch to the Nagisa route and take the split that leads to the scene with Akira. If you've cleared the flag on the Yuna route first, the Shouko route will be available, otherwise the choice won't show up.
