Assuming you mean the room with selsa and the sister... you have to sleep on the bear/fur rug. Not sure if there is another way.. maybe if your corruption is high enough.

The .exe GOB comes up with a fake virus its been checked, did your anti-virus delete it cause GOB.exe should start almost straight away
