I'm pretty sure it refers to meredith since "technically" she is selling her body to the mc but I mean... it's not quite what anyone thinks about when they hear that word. The new tag system can't come soon enough.
It all boils down to the questions of you consider porn actors as prostitutes i guess as thats what she kinda did. I dont think the tag is necessarily wrong but a sex work tag would probably be more precise
Personally, I'd consider it sex work as well (since that's a much broader term that includes pornography), but not prostitution (which generally is defined as sex acts specifically for an individual client and not to record and distribute as media). It's a little blurry though since
they aren't actually planning on distributing what they record, but Meredith doesn't know that.
