It all boils down to the question if you consider porn actors as prostitutes i guess as thats what she kinda did. I dont think the tag is necessarily wrong but a sex work tag would probably be more precise

Personally, I'd consider it sex work as well (since that's a much broader term that includes pornography), but not prostitution (which generally is defined as sex acts specifically for an individual client and not to record and distribute as media). It's a little blurry though since they aren't actually planning on distributing what they record, but Meredith doesn't know that.

How many game endings are there? I've only gotten two endings, Temptation ending 1 and 2. I thought there would be a Fallen ending, but my Fallen score was much higher than my Temptation score, and I still got a Temptation ending. Are there only two Temptation endings?

There are 4 in total. 2 for corruption path and 2 for attraction path. The difference in each path depends on whether Tommy is cucked or not.

If you only have a save with one path you have to replay for the other one. As for Tommy being cucked, it's in the final scene and depends on his jealousy/excitement. If excitement>jealousy then he is cucked.
Thank you. After replaying the first chapter and choosing between loving her (the seductive route) or enjoying the pleasure (the corrupt route), I finally unlocked all the endings.

Do not expect an extremly long AVN, but it is long enough, as for what concerns lewd content...
For all intents and purposes one could consider the MC a succubus (he's not), but the point I'm making is that the mechanic that gets the story progressing is him having sex with women, so yes there's plenty of lewd content.
EDIT: just to make it clear, most of the scenes revolve around the blond "chubby" woman, so if you don't like her look...
There are scenes also with the others in the banner, but that one is the main focus for lewd content, for story reasons of course.
