Be aware you only get to convert one woman as a follower in Game of Hearts. The second you get (she's actually the first chronologically) was already fully under your control. Because of this, the game is shorter than it would at first appear.
The sequel (House of Hearts) appears to have two women to convert (or at least work on), but it's not very far through yet. There's a single scene with each at this point in time, along with some situational setup so you know what's going on. Despite the size at 4.8 GB, it's only 3-4 hours of play.

The first chapter of the sequel (all that is out) is excellent. There's a number of game mechanic and UI reasons he went with a sequel though.
As for choices, those don't directly import, but it seems that you'll be able to answer questions in-game that at least touch on major things (Chapter 1 already essentially asks if you went affection/corruption with Meredith, for example).

House of Hearts doesn't have a save import feature. For story-decisions, there's been a few questions that let you specify what you did in GoH. The first chapter of HoH is also already out.

Start with this one, the one I linked is the sequel (same MC and some of the same LIs), if you like this one, you'll most likely like also the sequel.

Looks really intresting but can anyone tell me if the Prostitution is avoidable? sounds a little to close to NTR for my tastes.
...there is none. The prostitution is that the MC has sex with someone that is selling his body to him to pay off debt.

I'm pretty sure it refers to meredith since "technically" she is selling her body to the mc but I mean... it's not quite what anyone thinks about when they hear that word. The new tag system can't come soon enough.
