Found one bug I think. The blackmail route is not activated once you tell your mother to start mastrubating. This is probably because both events are triggered at the same time.
Nah, i mean it's the only scene that i'm getting. No progress whatsoever. And when I come back the next day it's the same. And the next, and the next after that. Don't even have to go to the kitchen in the morning, I just visit Kieran's office the next day and the same scene plays.
But how, because I can't do anything in the lab.
Whenever I try to talk to someone all I get is "never mind".
Maybe some tips/tricks for this game would be usefull, because I just get lost a lot not knowing what I have to do

That is strange, you should be able to produce cameron in the Lab anytime after you visit you Dad at Day 1.
Do you not have the Option to Produce Cameron at all ?

changelog in OP already states that dev recommends starting a new game but for those who want to use their saves, players should edit totaldose and corruption levels to trigger the new events
how upgrade camaron 2 i have test fron the guys in the lab and lance no tell more new but i cant upgrade camaron to level 2

Once you complete the two camaron volunteer events and go back to speak with Nicole, your camaron is upgraded. She says as much, that all future batches will be the new strength and then a narrator message to indicate that all of your current camaron is upgraded as well. I'll be updating the text to make this clearer though so that there is no reference to levels of camaron in future. Rest assured however, if you have upgraded camaron with Nicole it is a higher level - you can tell this by trying to further dose Cory or Molly.
Regarding the blackmail path, you will not be able to do further activities with Cory until you finish the path. It wouldn't make much sense for you to start blackmailing her in the afternoon and then relaxing together with a nice movie in the evening.

Some of the scenes are still getting permanently stuck in the background. So far in this version the one I've found is the female route with the photoshoot secretary. If you invite her to the lab for the camaron testing and do the sex scene. The last image is permanently in the background after that. Noticeable on the travel map and during screen transitions.
One of the other versions a fmv scene did this. Same behavior where it was permanently in the background except it was a fmv and looped. Made the game unplayable because of the added lag and annoyance factor.
This was starting a new game so we can rule that out. Also tried reloading the save and restarting the game and reloading the save with no luck. Is there a console command to get around this bug? If not I'll just try the next version and hope it's fixed.

how can i start to blackmail mom? i watched movie several times, and peeped mom in the living room. But no more progess after that.

Thank you for reporting that. I understand how you feel, even when it can only be seen on the outline of some images is infuriating, at least for me anyway. I've fixed that in my code now, hide command on the wrong image. To fix this, please use the console to run "hide jennacamaron4"
This is almost never going to be an issue with saves or anything, 99.9% of the time it's me using hide on the wrong image or forgetting to put the hide command in at all. It's difficult to find them after the fact though as there are hundreds of instances of images being shown and hidden. Any other that you come across, please let me know where it happened
You need at least 15 corruption.
The blackmail events require corruption at 15 or higher and that you have done Cory's town centre event.

Lance offers you two quest in the "Volunteer Center" if you have finished one go and grab the other
