Seeking Games where the protag's size isn't ignored

So, for male protags, that would mean their junk wouldn't disappear as soon as they put on pants (= doesn't have a visible bulge), or they have trouble fitting into clothes like swimwear (I remember seeing a game where the guy's cock was spilling out of the top of his speedo/trunks).

For female protags, similar rules apply except for their boobs/butt (not into ginormous ones though).

The game doesn't need to have character creation or something, but that would of cake be a plus. Some expansion is fine, as long as it doesn't have to be very extreme.

I'm not sure what your point exactly was.
With curviness it's always gonna be possible to have a bigger bra or pant(ie)s, without having to conceal any of the goods. Unless you just meant some of this (or the "fit adjustment" following expansions), but it's not about the body per se.

And even with dicks, unless you are a shower with an extra leg attached it wouldn't be unrealistic for sweatpants and swimshorts to still suffice (but I agree there are lots of very bad Koikatsu and HS games, where you could be just wearing briefs and nothing would show at all).
Also it's slightly ironic that games like In for a Penny wouldn't count, because you are naked all the time even though you'd put a horse to shame.
So, this thread is really just about bulges showing up?
