This just came to my attention and I wanted to clarify, Doctor Amana: Sexual Therapist will have pregnancy. Currently the mechanics are there and a player can impregnate the female characters, I'm just making it a point to withhold certain tags until the "Effects" actually show up in the game.

So I don't plan to tag pregnancy until I add the first pregnant female render. I just want to avoid misrepresenting the game by only including tags for what is already in the game versus the long list of things that I intend to include. So look for the tag list to grow as the game develops.

Dragons (protagonists) are on a quest to create an unstopable army of evil. They breed virgins, offsprings grow relatively fast and join the army. This is basically both the plot and the gameplay. The more powerfull the female is (from country girl to female titan), the more powerfull the offspring is.
The chance of conception is 100%, unless the girl dies in process, obviously.

That said, the game is vice and dark. No one lives happily ever after.

Realms of Lust has impregnation and pregnancy sex. In the first chapter you can impregnate Sophie. In the second chapter you can impregnate many of the main women from chapter one. Unfortunately no creampie scene it is just text that lets you decide. Then after they are pregnant there is pregnancy sex.

I've played a ton of games that have pregnancy but without the tag. At the top of my head there's

- Kingdom of Deception, only a few scenes right now but more will be added, since it's still updating.

- Noxian Nights

- Overgrown: Genesis and Claire's quest

-Space Paws

-Aina's hunter quest

- Prison Battleship 2

- Sansha Mendan

And i'm sure I've played some more that I can't remember.

Space Paws: Not really I suppose, only the endings.

Claire's Quest: It's by the same creators as Overgrown Genesis, so there's only pregnancy in the bad ends so far.

Aina's Hunter quest: Pregnancy only for a few bad endings as well, so can't really count this one either I guess.

Noxian Nights is a big one tho. Shack man has a pregnancy scene which you can't find in the gallery for some reason since its an ending scene I guess , some of the bad endings and all of the Dyuu gallery scenes. The confusing part of the game is that there are 4 different endings that branch out into different paths and they provide different galleries, so a lot of people end up missing out on some of the other scenes. The Dyuu branch is all pregnancy tho.

Another game I remembered is Civilian Justice League 2.

Also most of the Black Lilith Games like Taimanin Asagi and Taimanin YuKikaze have pregnancy but aren't labeled as such. But pretty much everyone already knows about Black Lilith so it's moot.
