For skills and field event only trigger, for H events one of crystal in main room, if remember correctly central.

After many long hours I've finally managed to make sense of what the MTL was telling me to unlock the last few H skills. Since I don't see any full saves here, I'll post mine and also share some strange out of bounds shenanigans I found when snooping around...

You need to complete the true ending where you beat the second battle in sun alter to raise the floor cap of the dungeons. The Andromeda flower you're looking for appears in the left dungeon past floor 250. You just have to talk to it.

If I remember correctly for increasing floor cap true end not needed.
