Yes, it's a LoRA for SDXL. They have one for X3d also. The thing with SDXL is you need a 4080 or 4090 to effectively generate these fairly quickly.

There wasn't a singular artist who made all of the animations, and he didn't ask who made the gif (Gromphy did), so for me the obvious answer is no one. If they made their question make sense, then I would answer it.
