Check my original post for encoding info here. I'm also not using HandBrake but work with ffmpeg using scripts. You can also open any encoded video in MediaInfo to see the exact encoding settings used.

I use the mega script for encoding all files in a directory and put stats inside a csv file for statistics. The mega script calls an individual encoding script which is tuned for whatever input I have. Will probably upload to GitHub at some point.
