0.0.28.3 is an unstable release which introduced many new gameplay features during medical exams, hence it's not recommended to play it.

I am releasing 0.0.28.4 on Patreon in a few minutes that will fix the issues. This is the changelog:

* Fixed a crash during Talitha's EKG exam
* Fixed a crashing issue when transitioning to March 31st
* Elliott's examination has been redone from scratch
* Tooltip for wandering around town will now disappear when choosing the telephone action
* Monique's eye die and opthalmoscope exam are now available again
* Fixed a crash during the "Physician, heal thyself" (Rita's path) chapter

The following exams have been fixed for various smaller bugs. These bugs were introduced when I changed the game to include every possible examination for each patient. Since the game wasn't designed to work like this from the beginning, some examinations began to behave erratically. This has been fixed now. The list of the affected exams is the following:

Hello to all, sorry I stopped replying but I was away from town.

I won't reply to any crash because they are related to unofficial releases of the game (yes, even the "cannot find file .webm" ones), and some are tied to the compressed release.

Steam release works fine, as well as itch.io's and Patreons, except for some already reported bugs that are not game breaking and will be fixed tomorrow in every release.

I am sorry about the issues you're having but if you see potential in the game all I can say is give it a try with an official release. For as much as 3$ on my Patreon page you can have the full game every month until beta (November).

Please note that the game is completed in its sister/cousin path (don't know why people still say it isn't since that path was ended 2-3 months ago) and that every story is coming to an end.

If you need to reach out to me there are plenty of ways throughout official channels (Twitter, Website, email, Steam forums which are very active), since I'm currently developing the game and I don't check the forum so often (mostly because 99% of bugs reported here are working on my part and on official paths.

Updates still get released every 3-4 days (mostly a week) and the game is reaching its end, while 2 full months will be spent addressing issues and polishing it for the final release!

1: I started the game like 20-30 times from the beginning, making different choices, no relationships with other girls, …..etc
2: I deleted the game and redownloaded it from different locations. (same problem)
3: I did read almost all game feedback and forms on every website trying to solve the problem or to fined some one who solved it.

Someone please help me, I am on the sis path only, siscug gf = true, but for some reason I can't trigger the sis romance ending, after march 30, MC got sick (game assumes that I am single) and no final conversation for the sis. Someone please share atleast save file for the sis ending

The relationship with Claudia progresses separately though, because I added a specific system that ignores the "investigation" and the "leaving Bob" part and considers she's living with you regardless. Which in-game calendar date are you in? Amr Ragheb

so the investigation is not required right now to progress with Claudia...
I started the game over from the beginning like 20 times, and played for ((30 April)) every time.
whatever Claudia living with me or not .. whatever I'm in any other relationship or not .. "nothing happen"
every event after January "nothing happen"
on December event Christmas' eve >>> she told me that Bob is become good with her.
idk what to do

Maybe the NTR or cheating tag needs to be added since a lot of the women you sleep with are married or have a boyfriend not to mention you can fuck up a bunch of established relationships so you can get the girl.

"I think" Rita should live with you ,, and you need to progress with her.
on Rita Path when she invite you to the "SPA" or "NORA massage".. you have to chose the "SPA" .. and let the guy to continue … after a while she will ask you to bring a strange guy to have sex with her in front of you … you have to Accept … after a while Claudia will come to your house and you will have sex with her.

I agree with the cheating tag but not NTR, NTR is where MC gets blocked from having sex with the women.

There's different types of NTR and the one I'm refering to is Netori where you the MC steal the women of other men like we did with the sister/cousin.

Also Bruni Multimedia are there more plans with Dr. Kirkman and wthe relative since its very obvious hes interested in her and blackmailed you tat one time.

We have to go with the tag rules on this.

We are stealing them away but I really can see it at the start but in the end its not.

Cheating is in this game but will need to ask a mod if NTR is needed.

Also another question, none of the animations work for me and I get a crash log. I tried updating my codecs but nothing changed. Specially when asking rita to move in, her sex scene breaks the game completely and there is no way around it(for the previous crashes I chose ignore and it would pass)

It has a weird crash error but at the top it says:
While running game code:
IOError: Couldn't find file 'rita_home_sex_1.webm'.
(it happens for all animations)

P.S: Downloaded the OP links(full sized version,not the compressed ones)

P.S2:figured it out for all those wondering, copy all contents of game/movies into the game folder and tadaaah
