You can use cheats to skip the grind and just pass by the days till events trigger.I tried it and i got to say the first months before the first events..are awful to go through as a new player (first 2 months).
There is nothing to do except grind, by the time i had reach the first event..my will to play the game had vanished.
As someone who has done med school..i can't say it's a bad game. for what it is. But the first months before it takes off are really tedious to go through.
Arf, actually maybe it's because of that that i couldn't go through lol, felt kind of dejà vu

This has got to be the worst game ever when it comes to downloading, most of the downloading sites either don't work or are filled with maleware. I understand that mega and sometimes workupload make you pay to upload a game but I cant even play this game! Which sucks because the game itself sounds interesting and I would love to support the creator if I could play.
Well all the links in the OP are safe, never had an issue with the download or malware unless some idiot uses a link from SVS. Are you using the compressed version or orginal?
Then what exactly is the issue? Download never completes, game fails to launch or your virus scanner coming up with a false positive
Well its safe if you got the links from the OP, try allowing it run by white listing it from your virus scanner. Free scaners make a lot of mistakes and make flase positives.

That means your antivirus is a bit oversensitive, all links in OP are safe to use
Windows version keeps crashing on me every time i try to load a save file. I'm getting the following error message.

Perhaps you don't understand that while I support this community for what it has given me over the past two years I am NOT the one who shared my game on this site, especially because I LIVE with this game thus pirating it serves me no good
Don't blame the creator, as I don't condone the sharing of copyright-protected material, especially my own.
Eheheh. Sweet Jesus, whoever uploads the game on this site still not uses the latest release available and thus it's missing every file.
Honestly, the game is on sale on Steam, do you really believe I'll deliver a game which doesn't start at all? Seriously?
There was an update that changed the UI and other stuff so you might need to start from the begining

Nope, he's missing the proper file. I shall attach it here, however a newest fix is about to be posted on both Steam and Patreon, so for a few dollars that's always the place to get the game, since people's feedback about updates and fixes are mostly favorable.
