how do i get elisa to be mc's girlfriend? is there a walkthrough specifically for love routes? i did the dinner in seattle, and a few dates. festival came around and i didn't have her as an option, only erika and sister. did the deed with elisa. did i do something wrong?

patientname_ctrust = xxx (Not tested by me yet.) Thanks to @Scrichta for finding it, says its for the heart (Comfort Level).

Replace patientname with the first name of the person you're examining.

All of these are listed several time in this thread.

ADD: Added integrity to the list.

The patientname_ctrust only change the text shown in the medical check up, and it doesn't change the patient's trust. If you want to change the patient's trust, use this:

patientfirstname_trust = xx

xx is range of any integer you wanted to put, specifically:
xx < 4 : "DISCOMFORT"
xx 4-7 : "INADEQUATE"
xx 7-9 : "STANDARD"
xx 10-12 : "GOOD"
xx 13-15 : "VERY GOOD"
xx 16-18 : "OUTSTANDING"
xx > 18 : "FULL"

seems like there is a boundary on the value ranging from 1 to 21, but it's worth a try to enter any integer value (should be automatically changed into 1 or 21 if there is this range boundary)

There are zero sexual interactions with the children in this game plus very few to begin with and they exist only to serve as story purposes (such as Kamil and dog attack victim) or as customers so you can manage the clinic.

You can, just make sure to follow the walkthrough properly and don't let her get back to her husband. If you want to see the animated scenes they're in the game files but sadly they're just one second loops

I looked an the walkthrough. There are bunch of days between the events, so i can skip the stuff till these dates or i'm missin something (lewd)?

I tried it and i got to say the first months before the first events..are awful to go through as a new player (first 2 months).
There is nothing to do except grind, by the time i had reach the first event..my will to play the game had vanished.

As someone who has done med school..i can't say it's a bad game. for what it is. But the first months before it takes off are really tedious to go through.
