My biggest complaint with this game is when you start a relationship, it cuts off other paths. Even though I'm having an affair with a married woman hours away, starting to pursue a relationship with your nurse causes that to end, when she would never find out about. I've been wanting to come back and play but I decide not to every time, for that reason. Just felt I'd add that "constructive criticism" as I seen it in updates and I really wish I could like this game more because it is great.

Mmh no, as I state in the game this is just an alpha feature to test all routes without having to restart the whole game. Soon you'll have the chance to pursue different relationship at once. But think about what it means from a dev's standpoint. I need to check every time you do something (and you can do LOTS of things in the game) if you could cross paths with the other significant one. Since you can date 8 people in the game that's a LOT of double/triple checking. That's why this is being added so slowly

Only if you have a save before public 0.0.11, that's the first time it happens since 0.0.9, which I'm sorry about it but I can't do anything at the same time...jesus man always had to restart the game

I wrote this for patrons, of course you can't know about it so I'll post this here as well, just to be safe
Tomorrow Random Exams gameplay will be launched alongside 0.0.12 pre-release for 5$+ patrons.
This update will be fully compatible with 0.0.12 save games and with 0.0.11's public release ones.
- 32 different random medical examinations have been added to the game
- 10 different random patients have been added to the game: 5 male children and 5 female children
- 132 new pictures have been added for this specific game mechanic
- To perform a random exam choose the appropriate option in "Exam Mode" or visit the clinic when no "Scripted Patient" is available. If the randomization results in a child aged 6-11 the option to play the exam will appear
- You can skip the random examination without penalties at any time
- Achievements will be added when you reached certain milestones with random exams
Please note that this feature is "an alpha within an alpha". Many examinations at the same time mean that something could be wrong, bugged or worse.
Randomizing so many informations could lead to unexpected and untested abnormal behaviors (i.e. a male name on a female patient). It is of the outmost importance that you tell me about those, because without a bug report I won't be able to fix the game properly.
Since the game could be very different and given the impact of these changes, I will also release a "Non-REP" pre-release as well. This means that if you don't want to test this feature, or find game-breaking bugs (it's very unlikely, but not impossible) or you're getting tired for every reason, you can download a "normal" 0.0.12 as you see fit.
Please remember that this is just the first batch ("A" version) of the Random Exam Project. It really needs to be polished and improved. Images will be added, as will interactions with the patients. Many new patients of each age group will be added as well of 28 more exams which won't apply to children. It's quite a game within the game, even for its 12000+ lines of coding in ren'py and weeks of development and writing, and so it needs to be considered when talking about bugs.

User interface for "choices" will change as soon as possible, saasquatchii is working on it, so that's something the changelog says it's a "known issue".

Want to say this an amazing concept and so far you've done a very good job of executing it, minus my one complaint, which you said is a WIP so kudos.
And not sure if its been fixed bc it was an update or two back when I played, but the asian girl you pursue (don't remember her name) but supposedly she's a version. However, during some of the date dialogue she references previous sex partners.

Been a while since I last played was supporter way back but things got complicated in real life, stuck waiting for calls for job interviews right now for instance. Anyways did Kiko get any love yet, its been quite some time since I last played and was hoping to actually date or get to see more of her, but lost track of when I last played sadly, but it feels like ages ago...
Lat time I played kiko just ended after you slept with her after deciding to blackmail or not. Saw Kikos name mention with dating system in change logs hoping she finally got added into that, last time i played I think I could only date one girl the blonde, forgot her name...

Love the game. However the sex scenes and sex content are a bit lacking. Its a great game and its clear alot of effort has gone into it. You have earned my support. Also not sure if this is a glitch or if it was removed but starting a new play through sister visits but i dont go away with the sister afterwards. Anywho keep up the good work
I don't know if I fully understand, but I think to get the scenes with sister afterwards she moves to your place, you need to stay at home and relax. Of course to get the different scenes with her you need to relax at different time periods(morning, afternoon, evening).

The REP is a random exam genator that has a bunch of exams with 10 kids added in to the clinic rotation exams.
It has a lot of bugs and wrong words used but I like it so far and the bugs can be ignored to go on and finish the exam.
All this included in the full v 0.12 of the game.
If you don't want to help test it then get the regular version instead.
