Looked up the walkthrough and on the half of it got tired from the amount of pleasing you need to do to have very little in the terms of the smut. Is this a realistic relationship simulator? You get one girl and go all the way through with her?

Just downloaded this. clicked on the .exe and instead of General Practitioner, it loads Reinbach's This Romantic World. So, WTF!!! I don't even have that game. How does this happen? I deleted the download, downloaded it from the other sources and re-installed. still the same thing. Just...how?

have not played in awhile but cant seem to finish the very first exam (restarted from beginning). where do you click to finish exam? What am i missing?

Anyone know how to save the game? i've tried the compressed and the upload verison and still can't save the game.
Well it’s not a porn game and more focused on story/gameplay than anything else. You get to pick one woman or man as a love interest and build a relationship that you can end any time and start over with someone else all the while managing your clinic.

I need help. It is May 28th, I have all the equipment upgrades offered from the purchase screen at home. But all of the Hospital rooms are still locked save for the 3 Examine rooms & the Waiting Room which don't really do anything. It offers me to "handle" my staff but I don't have any.

You will be able to hire staff soon so just keep playing and keep checking on them and sooner or later you will be able to hire not only more doctors but nurses and other types of staff.
Thank you, just checking as I don't want to miss anything. It's the 7th now and had the examine with Kiko; still not able to hire anyone unless I'm not clicking the correct button.
same f***ing problem. even if i max out the mc he can't win. what a crap way to release a minigame without testing. even the text suggests that the creator doesn't understand cause it perfectly supports the minigame's faults, as if it was intended this way, so i can bet day in and day out accept the challenge and always lose. how great.

Your still way to early to be able to hire staff you must work several more weeks before you are able to do it.
I don't remember how long it is but it could be 2 or more months before you can do it.
