Overview:

Before anyone asks about quests being unavailable, scroll down the quest list to the quest №33.

The poor guy's clearly being corrupted throughout the game (e.g. brothel ending) so might need that tag added.
Also "sexual harassment" should be there as well, almost every NPC in the game is a predator with snarky dialog.
"Titfuck" (e.g. multiple scenes with yellow sister and others)
There's a single (out of ~180) scene with a mild "scat".
"Sex toys" (e.g. chastity belt, strap-on, a. beads)
There're also multiple scenes with "group sex".
"Ahegao"? (MC has it when under max estrus)
"Handjob" (multiple scenes with multiple girls)
Also "prostitution"(e.g. brothel).
"Urination" (e.g. shopkeeper).

Is everpresent CBT worth a "graphic violence" tag? You tell me.
