If so have you delete everything from previous version game also in appdata , saves and persistent ?

If you have the last version the game start in normal main menu.
If you enable developer menu (by unren for example) you have that "problem".
Enable only console ...

I deleted the folder ... AppData \ Roaming \ RenPy \ ....

backup your saves and persistent if you want
delete
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\GirlHouse2
and all from the folder game\saves where you have the game.

start new game ... I can't guarantee it works
extract the new version in a new folder not overwrite version 0.5
