I'm using this method for non renpy games have Mac version. For ex. I have updated my Lust Epidemic versions like this before mac versions posted.

1- First You have to watch Lola masturbating with normal snooper between 22:30 -23:00
2- Then next day the will be a dialog "I know what you did" click it she will deny.
3- After that there will be a upgrade option in your phone (Shop==>surv.) $1.000 buy it
4- Open your bag click on upgrade chip and drag it on snooper now you have upgraded snooper.

Thanks for the thumbsup! One more caveat, I tried the "transplant" method cross-game once and it did not work. If there is no Mac version of the game, as far as I know, you must use RenPy to make a Mac Dist. first. You could then use the "transplant" method to update...
I have not had much success doing transplants with non-RenPy games.

Did you really try to play v 0.6.60 from the beginning without using previous saves? because yesterday I downloaded the latest update and played it from the beginning and in almost 4 hours I finished the version without any problems, remember to respect each action to enable the succession of events (for example: do not become a millionaire as soon as you left the comma , do not take the mask and give it to the first opportunity to the older sister, etc etc, you understand what I mean) consists of a lot of passivity like everything but v 0.6.6 'does not present any error, especially in the Phone market
It seem game been pretty bugged out. I went ahead and deleted my saves from app data and downloaded this new version to start a new playthrough to avoid bugs but the decolletage on Vanessa is not there but it was in ver 0.6.1 now I can't open that image in gallery I deleted saves again and tried again with a new game 3x this time nothing works I cant get the decolletage to appear on her after she hits me and gets out of the car so I cant get the image where she masturbate on the hood of the car. Also my old saves still worked with game the ones before 0.6.1 and I already had the HJ image but I couldn't get her to give me a HJ on the new playthrough while she's applying ointment on my leg before 0.6.1 the text to say my dick hurts comes up now in 0.6.1 and 0.6.6 the text does not show up or am I supposed to be high horny level because walkthrough does not explain. But I know it's the game itself not the walkthrough.

I just need to restart the game nor 6 times after I went already pretty far but Now I dont want anymore. The Quest line is so bad made. If you find something and use it on wrong time because you need it later but you dont know that you cant fullfill this quest anymore and need to restart. gg
