If you set the game to German, the menus are displayed in German, the texts in the game remain in English. Is that what you want?

Sorry to ask, I see this topic has been brought up many times but...

I'm stuck in the first mission "Wait for the doctor", now free roaming the house. I've done all the events outlined in the walkthough pdf, I've maxed Lily and Vanessa affection doing the cook and study minigames, I've maxed the sex energy, but the mission does not progress.

The pdf walkthough states:

Part I
Requirements: between 9:00 and 18:00; the day after you watched Vanessa and Mia talking on the first floor after you watched Mia talking on the phone; You have the smartphone
✓ Go to the main hall
✓ [Task completed: Meet the doctor] [Task started: Fill the bar]

But I never find Vanessa and Mia talking. Also, I dont recall having seen Mia talking on the phone. And yes, I do have the smartphone already.

Any idea here?

I think the doc shows up at the house at an exact time, noon or 1pm, in the foyer. If this is very early in the game, I remember breaking the game at this event. Stay there staring at the front door at those times, and if she doesn't show up, you've broken it just like me. I had to restart the game & not roam too much, and just focus on that event first. It worked the second time. Good luck
